Standard UK Delivery - 3-5 working days - £3.95 (FREE ON ORDERS OVER £30.00)
Next Day UK Delivery (tracked and signed) - 1 working day - £6.95 (FREE ON ORDERS OVER £60.00)
All orders placed Sunday - Friday will be processed the following day.
All orders placed before 12:00pm Saturday will be processed that day and all orders placed after 12:00pm Saturday will be processed on the Monday.
International Delivery - 3-8 working days - £12.95
All international orders placed Sunday - Friday will be processed the following day.
All international orders placed before 12:00pm Saturday will be processed that day and all orders placed after 12:00pm Saturday will be processed on the Monday.
NOTE: pre-order items are not currently in stock however they are available to order. When you pre-order an item we guarantee its availability and then reserve the item for you. When the item arrives in stock we will ship it to you via your chosen delivery method and email you confirming its dispatch.
You are welcome to return your purchase(s), in accordance with our returns policy.
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all original tags intact and suitable for resale. Please take extra care. Returns must be sent back within 14 days of receiving your goods.
ALL PRE-ORDER ITEMS ARE NON RETURNABLE.
FOR HYGIENIC REASONS WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON EARRINGS.
If you receive a pair of damaged or faulty earrings please contact us at with your order number and we will arrange a refund or replacement pair.
For a return, please simply follow the instructions below:
Email: stating your order number, which item(s) you wish to return and if you would like a refund or an exchange.
We will respond within 24 hours with confirmation of return and our return address.
Place the item(s) back into the original packaging, seal securely and return to our Glasgow address.
NOTE: If returning more than one piece from the same order, please place all returns in one shipment.
Take the parcel to the post office counter and ensure that you get a tracking number for proof of postage. We advise using a postage service that is fully traceable and insured; without this type of postal service there is no guarantee that we will receive your returned item. We will not be held responsible for lost post.
NOTE: The customer is fully responsible for ensuring returned items get to us. The customer is responsible for paying all associated shipping costs for a return. The initial shipping costs paid are non-refundable. For International returns, any charges will be deducted from customers refund.
NOTE: Orders that are returned to us that do not comply with our terms and conditions may not be authorised and will be sent back to the customer.
Once your return is received and processed, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). The email will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange.
For a refund, the funds will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Funds can take 5-7 days to appear in your account, however this depends on your bank.
